Drive from Kathmandu to Machha Khola; 6-7 hrs.
Today, you will go on a long drive that will take you to Machha Khola. The drive will present you beautiful villages. Passing by Arughat near Buri Gandaki River, you will drive for a few more hours and reach a small village of Machha Khola.
Trek to Jagat; 6 hrs.
After a few ascends and descends, you will cross Tharo Khola to reach Khorla Besi. The trail takes you to Tatopani and ascends to a ridge. Crossing Budhi Gandaki River on a suspension bridge, you will ascend on a staircase and come across the landslide-prone area. Further, crossing Yaru Khola, the trail move up and down to take you to Tharo Bharyang. Crossing the west bank of Budhi Gandaki, you will ascend, trek along a river, and a final ascend will take you to Jagat.
Trek to Dyang; 5-6 hrs.
Leaving Jagat behind, you will trek through subtropical forests, small villages, and rivers. The trail will take you to Salleri and descend the Sirdibas. From here, you will trek and reach Ghatta Khola and continue trekking until you reach a suspension bridge. You will cross the bridge and reach Philim. Further, trekking in the north, you will reach Ekle Bhatti and descend to a grassy slope. You will then cross Budhi Gandaki river a few times and pass by bamboo forests to reach Deng.
Trek to Namrung; 5-6 hrs.
Crossing Budhi Gandaki, you will ascend to Rana (1,910 m) and further ascend to Bhi. The trail then passes through forests, you will reach Ghap. From here, you will trek through Prok village that will present you superb views of Siring Himal. You will cross Budi Gandaki many times. On the way, you will come across several gompas and pass by dense forest. A short steep climb and you will finally reach Namrung.
Trek to Lho; 3 hrs.
Passing by Prok village, you will cross Budi Gandaki several times. On the way, you will get to see superb views of the mountains and come across many gompas. The trail then ascends through the forest, cross a river, and descend to a narrow gorge. You will reach Namrung and walk uphill. Further, trekking through the forest, you will reach Lihi and descend where you will cross a valley. Passing by Sho village, you will reach Lho village for night stay.
Trek to Sama Gaun; 3-4 hrs.
After having breakfast, you will ascend slowly through lush forests and reach Lihi. The trail from here drops down and crosses the side valley of Simnang Himal. Further, trekking through Shayla village, you will reach Sama Gaun. Here, you will get to see excellent views of Mt. Manaslu, Himal Chuli, Ngadi Chuli, Ganesh Himal, etc.
Trek to Samdo; 3-4 hrs.
Leaving Sama Gaon behind, you will descend to the Budhu Gandaki river and cross a bridge over a stream. From here, you will pass by numerous mani walls and forests of birch & juniper. You will descend and cross Budhi Gandaki on a wooden bridge and ascend steeply to reach Samdo.
Trek to Dharamashal; 3 hrs.
You will descend and cross a wooden bridge over Budi Gandaki. After that, you will climb and cross two more streams. Looking over Larkya GLacier, you will go around the valley of Salka Khola and reach Dharamshala.
Trek to Bhimtang crossing Larkya La Pass; 8-9 hrs.
You will wake up early in the morning and begin ascending towards Larkya La Pass. On the way, you will get to see superb views of snow-capped mountains like Himlung Himal, Cheo Himal, Annapurna II, and Kanguru. Crossing the pass, you will descend towards Bhimtang.
Trek to Guwa; 5-6 hrs.
After having breakfast, you will begin trekking towards Guwa. The trail will be mostly descend and will present you with beautiful scenery.
Trek to Dharapani; 3 hrs.
Today, you will drop down to Dharapani. The trail will be short and easy. Also, this is the last day of your trek.
Drive to Kathmandu; 10 hrs.
After having breakfast, you will drive to Besisahar and then to Kathmandu. The drive will present you scenic views. Upon reaching Kathmandu, you will head to the hotel and rest for the day.

Food and Accommodation during Manaslu Circuit Trek
Manasalu region is one of the most secluded trekking regions in Nepal. During the trek, you will be staying in small teahouses. There aren’t many lodges here. The food in these lodges are mostly dhido and if lucky you can get dal bhat. As you venture along, in some parts you cannot find houses. At that time, you may have to make a camp and stay put. You won’t have to worry about staying in the city as there are plenty of 3-star and 5-star hotels here that you can choose as per your budget.
